Sweet potato chips are a nice change of pace from the regular ol’ spud variety. Not only do they carry a crispy version of that signature yam flavor, but they feel healthier (and really are), so you can be smug while binging your way through a bag.

But if you really want to feel proud of yourself while doing an unnecessary amount of snacking, make your own sweet potato chips. This honey-glazed, baked version really is quite healthy in moderation and it’s just as good a few days old as it is fresh out of the oven.

Although, who are we kidding? There’s no way you’re going to make it a few days without eating the whole batch.
