Health-conscious people seem to be obsessed with both apple cider vinegar and turmeric these days. Proponents of apple cider vinegar sing its praises as a cure-all that does everything from enhancing weight loss to regulating blood pressure.
Have digestive problems? Drink some apple cider vinegar. Pimples giving you trouble? Rub some apple cider vinegar on it. Dry scalp? Just shampoo yourself with apple cider vinegar from now on. (We’re kidding about that last one. Don’t do that).
Turmeric, meanwhile, is considered a powerful anti-inflammatory with antioxidants that can prevent or treat a number of symptoms and diseases.
But if you’re not a tablespoon-or-three-of-apple-cider-vinegar kind of person, make this tonic – courtesy of Vermont Village – instead. It’s the best of two worlds. It’s got all the health benefits of apple cider vinegar and turmeric, but with the fun/relaxing properties of alcohol.
